1名19歲鄭姓男子，日前凌晨零時20分左右，開車經過新北市保安警察大隊的路檢點，員警發現在擋風玻璃下的面紙盒中，竟有多包毒品夾鏈袋。新北保大表示，當時鄭男連聲哇哇慘叫的說，自己幾天前才被抓，本想繞來繞去躲警察，沒想到不小心又誤入路檢點地段。除了面紙盒的3包毒品K他命，員警又在鄭男內褲中，起獲12顆毒菸彈。
新北保大表示，當天凌晨第一中隊員警路檢時，鄭男開車打算找間旅館休息的途中，恰巧被員警攔下盤查。員警拿手電筒往車內一照，擋風玻璃下的面紙盒裡面，明顯放著數包疑似毒品夾鏈袋。鄭男看著員警指著面紙盒，便哇哇連聲慘叫，之後也確認面紙盒裡面，藏有3包毒品K他命重約15.2公克。將他帶返隊又在內褲中，起獲12顆毒品依托咪酯菸彈。全案訊後依毒品危害防制條例罪嫌，移送新北地檢偵辦，後續將再追查溯源。
新北保安大隊呼籲，依托咪酯常見以電子煙方式施用，吸毒後可能出現幻覺幻聽、注意力下降、肌肉抽搐及肢體協調變弱等，身體顫抖宛如殭屍，才被稱作「喪屍煙彈」。吸食後開車對於交通安全危害相當大，呼籲民眾要提高警覺，留意新興毒品偽裝手法，並積極檢舉相關不法行為，以協助打擊毒品犯罪。
